Adjustment in the Event of Change in Stock; Change in Control. Upon the occurrence of certain events relating to the Corporation's Common Stock contemplated by Section 3(d) of the Plan, the Committee shall make adjustments in accordance with such Section. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee, in the event of a Change in Control, the provisions of Section 10 of the Plan shall apply.
