Common use of Adjustment Number of Shares Clause in Contracts

Adjustment Number of Shares. Upon each adjustment and readjustment of --------------------------- the Exercise Price pursuant to paragraph (b) or (c) of this Section 6, the number of shares of Common Stock then issuable upon exercise of the Options shall be adjusted, to the nearest 1/10th of a whole share, to the product obtained by multiplying such number of shares issuable upon exercise of the Options immediately prior to such adjustment in the Exercise Price by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Exercise Price immediately prior to such adjustment and the denominator of which shall be the Exercise Price immediately thereafter.
