Common use of Adjustment of Construction Schedule Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Construction Schedule. Owner, after consultation with the Architect/Engineer, shall grant Contractor’s time extension requests for delays only to the extent Owner determines Contractor is entitled to them in accordance with this Agreement. When granted by Owner, time extensions will be incorporated into the Construction Schedule by way of Change Order.
