Adjustment of Contributions Based on Limit on Annual Additions. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions to the contrary, a Member may, at such time and in such manner as the Committee may prescribe, suspend or change the amount of reduction in Compensation provided for under any applicable Contribution Agreement in order to avoid an allocation of contributions to his Account which would violate the limitations of this Section 3.3, Section 3.4 or Article VI.
