Common use of Adjustment of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Covenants. If any covenant or restriction contained in this Section 8 is found to be void or unenforceable and would have been valid had some part of it been deleted or had its scope of application been modified, such covenant or restriction shall be deemed to have been applied with such modification as would be necessary and consistent with the intent of the parties to have made it valid, enforceable and effective.
