Adjustment of Dividend Equivalents on Restricted Units. If any Restricted Unit granted under this Agreement is not earned (or is otherwise forfeited) for any reason, any dividend or distribution previously credited with respect to such Restricted Unit, whether in the form of cash, property or additional Restricted Units, shall be forfeited on the date on which the underlying Restricted Units are forfeited.
