Adjustment of Exercise Price and Number of Warrant Shares Issuable. (a) In order to prevent the dilution of the rights granted under this Agreement, the Exercise Price shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as provided in this Section 10, and the number of shares of Common Stock obtainable upon exercise of the Warrants shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as provided in this Section 10. For purposes of this Section 10, "Trigger Price" shall be $6.75 per share of Common Equity; "Convertible Security" means any stock or securities, directly or indirectly, convertible into or exchangeable for Common Equity, including without limitation any exchangeable debt securities; "Option" shall mean any rights or options to subscribe for or purchase Common Equity or Convertible Securities.
