Adjustment of Holder’s Equity Interest and/or Exercise Price. The Equity Interest issuable upon exercise of this Warrant (such Equity Interest is referred to herein as the "Holder's Equity Interest") shall be subject to adjustment from time to time in accordance with this Section 3.3.
