Adjustment of Number of Shares Purchasable. Upon each adjustment of the per share Exercise Price, the number of shares of Common Stock subsequently purchasable hereunder shall be an amount equal to the quotient derived by dividing the aggregate Exercise Price in effect immediately before such adjustment by the per share Exercise Price in effect immediately following such adjustment or readjustment.
