Common use of Adjustment of Option Securities Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Option Securities. In the event of any adjustment of the total number of shares of Stock purchasable upon the exercise of this Option pursuant to Subsection 4.1, the Exercise Price shall remain unchanged, but the number of shares of capital stock or Option Securities obtainable on exercise of this Option shall be adjusted as provided in Subsection 4.1.
