Common use of Adjustment of Ordinary Share Prices and Additional Shares Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Ordinary Share Prices and Additional Shares. The Ordinary Share Prices set forth in the column headings of the table below will be adjusted as of any date on which the Exchange Rate of the Notes is otherwise required to be adjusted pursuant to Section 7.05 hereof. The adjusted Ordinary Share Prices in the table below will equal the Ordinary Share Prices in effect immediately prior to such adjustment, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Exchange Rate in effect immediately prior to the adjustment giving rise to the adjustment to the Ordinary Share Price and the denominator of which is the Exchange Rate in effect immediately after such adjustment. The numbers of Additional Shares set forth in the table below will be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Exchange Rate must be adjusted as set forth in Section 7.05 hereof.
