Adjustment of Price Per Share. If any dividends are distributed by the Company following the date hereof and prior to Closing, the aggregate amount of any such dividends distributed per Ordinary Share shall be reduced from the Price Per Share.
Adjustment of Price Per Share. In the event that, subsequent to the date of this Agreement but prior to the Effective Time, the outstanding shares of Common Stock shall have been changed into a different number of shares or a different class as a result of a stock split, reverse stock split, stock dividend, subdivision, reclassification, split, combination, exchange, recapitalization or other similar transaction, the Price per Share shall be appropriately adjusted.
