Adjustment of Purchase Price, Number of Ordinary Shares and Shares of Capital Stock Warrants Are Exercisable Into. The number and kind of securities purchasable upon the exercise of each Warrant evidenced hereby and the Purchase Price shall be subject to adjustment from time to time upon the happening of certain events, as hereinafter defined.
