Adjustment of Restrictions. If any provision of Sections 10, 11, 12 and/or 13 of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator to be unenforceable under applicable law because one or more provisions are over broad or otherwise not enforceable in the form as set forth herein, then the court or arbitrator shall have the power to revise the terms of this Agreement to the extent necessary to make the provisions hereof enforceable.
