Adjustment of Securities. Whenever the Per Share Price is adjusted pursuant to Sections 6(a) and 6(b) above, the number of shares of Common Stock issuable pursuant to this Agreement shall simultaneously be adjusted by multiplying the number of shares of Common Stock issuable hereunder by the Per Share Price and dividing the product so obtained by the Per Share Price, as adjusted.
