ADJUSTMENT OF SHARES OF NEW COMMON STOCK PURCHASABLE AND OF EXERCISE PRICE. The Exercise Price and the number and kind of Warrant Shares shall be subject to adjustment from time to time upon the happening of certain events as provided in this Article V.
