Common use of Adjustment of Stock Unit Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Stock Unit. The number of shares of Common Stock comprising a Stock Unit shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth in this Section 4 with respect to any fact or event described herein occurring after the date hereof. The Company will not create any class of Common Stock which carries any rights to dividends or assets differing in any respect from the rights of the Common Stock on the date hereof. Anything contained in this Section 4 notwithstanding, any adjustment made pursuant to any provision of this Section 4 shall be made without duplication of an adjustment otherwise required by and made pursuant to another provision of this Section 4 on account of the same facts or events.
