Common use of Adjustment of Stock Unit Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Stock Unit. The number of shares of Common Stock comprising a Stock Unit shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth in this Section 6. All of the adjustments referred to in this Section 6 shall only apply to Warrants which have not yet been exercised. The Company shall not create any class of Common Stock which carries any rights to dividends or assets differing in any respect from the rights of the Common Stock on the date hereof.
