ADJUSTMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRIBUTION ON THE BASIS OF THE MEMBER’S ACTUAL SALES FIGURES. In the 2nd quarter of financial period N+1, an adjustment will be made to the Environmental Contribution for financial period N in accordance with the actual quantities marketed by the Member during the said financial period N. Should the breakdown of the annual Environmental Contribution show a credit balance in favour of the Member, taking account of the quarterly payments made in advance during the reference period, the Member will be refunded this amount by offsetting the same against the quarterly payments in advance of the current financial period. Inversely, any debit balance will lead to an additional supplement being invoiced.
