Adjustment of Transactions. The Guarantor shall pay to the Owner within three (3) Business Days from its demand any amount which the Owner is required, or agrees, to pay pursuant to any claim by, or settlement with, a trustee in bankruptcy of the Bareboat Charterer on the ground that the Bareboat Charter (as the case may be), or a payment by the Bareboat Charterer or other Obligor, was invalid or on any similar ground.
Adjustment of Transactions. 5.1 Reinstatement of obligation to pay The Guarantor shall pay to the Lender on its demand any amount which the Lender is required, or agrees, to pay pursuant to any claim by, or settlement with, a trustee in bankruptcy of the Borrower on the ground that the Loan Agreement, or a payment by the Borrower, was invalid or on any similar ground.
