Adjustment of Warrant Securities. In the event of any adjustment of the total number of shares of Precis Common Stock acquirable upon the exercise of the Warrant pursuant to Subsection 5.1, the Exercise Price shall remain unchanged, but the number of shares of capital stock or Warrant Securities obtainable on exercise of the Warrant shall be adjusted as provided in Subsection 5.1.
