ADJUSTMENT PROPOSAL. 36.01 In the event of a permanent discontinuance of business, and provided that Section 212 of the Canada Labour Code applies, the Company and the Union agree to follow the relevant Joint Planning Committee provisions set out in Section 214 of the Canada Labour Code in effect on the date of ratification of this agreement.
