Adjustment Provisions. If, prior to the expiration of the Restricted Period, any change is made to the outstanding Common Stock or in the capitalization of the Company, the Restricted Units granted pursuant to this Award shall be equitably adjusted or terminated to the extent and in the manner provided under the terms of the Plan.
