Adjustment Pursuant to Other Agreements. In addition to and without limiting in any way the adjustments provided in this Section 4, the Conversion Price shall be adjusted as may be required by the applicable provisions, if any, of the Purchase Agreement and/or the Registration Rights Agreement.
