Adjustment to Contract. Time extension request shall be justified by the Contractor by submittal of a schedule analysis accurately portraying the impact of the change on the critical path of the project schedule. Changes performed within available float as indicated in the updated Approved Construction Schedule shall not justify a time extension to the Contract.
