Common use of Adjustment to Contract Capacity Clause in Contracts

Adjustment to Contract Capacity. The Parties may agree in writing at any time to adjust the Contract Capacity. Seller may reduce the Contract Capacity pursuant to Section 9.1.2.5. Seller may increase the Contract Capacity with Edison's approval and thereafter receive payment for the increased capacity in accordance with the Contract Capacity Price for the Capacity Payment Option selected by Seller for the remaining Contract Term.
