Adjustment to Conversion Price and Number of Conversion Securities. In order to prevent dilution of the conversion rights granted under this Section 7, the Conversion Price and the number of Conversion Securities issuable on conversion of this Note shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as provided in this Section 7.6.

In order to prevent dilution of the conversion rights granted under this Section 7, the Conversion Price and the number of Conversion Securities issuable on conversion of this Note the Series A-1 Preferred Shares shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as provided in this Section 7.6. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Certificate of Designation, the terms in relation to adjustment to Conversion Price as provided in this Section 7.6 shall be deemed to become effective on and the Conversion Price shall be adjusted pursuant to the terms hereof from the issuance date of the Convertible Notes.
