Adjustment to Number of Awarded Units. The number of Awarded Units shall be subject to adjustment in accordance with Articles 11-13 of the Plan; provided, however, that any fractional units resulting from such adjustment shall be eliminated. Any adjustments determined by the Board shall be final, binding and conclusive.
