Adjustment to Number of Warrant Shares Upon Adjustment to Warrant Exercise Price. Upon any and each adjustment of the Warrant Exercise Price as provided in Section 4.6(a), the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant immediately prior to any such adjustment shall be increased to a number of Warrant Shares equal to the quotient obtained by dividing: (i) the product of (A) the Warrant Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to any such adjustment multiplied by (B) the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant immediately prior to any such adjustment; by (ii) the Warrant Exercise Price resulting from such adjustment.
