Common use of Adjustment to Number of Warrant Shares Clause in Contracts

Adjustment to Number of Warrant Shares. In order to prevent dilution of the purchase rights granted under this Warrant, the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant and the Exercise Price shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as provided in this Article 4 (in each case, after taking into consideration any prior adjustments pursuant to this Article 4). If, at any time as a result of the provisions of this Article 4, the Holder shall become entitled upon subsequent exercise to receive any shares of Equity Interests of the Corporation other than Common Shares, the number of such other Equity Interests so receivable upon exercise of this Warrant shall thereafter be subject to adjustment from time to time in a manner and on terms as nearly equivalent as practicable to the provisions contained herein.
