The term revenue as used herein shall be adjusted to exclude contributions or distributions from the Company to PSI or any of its affiliated entities, contributed capital, equity inconvertments, tax credits, and revenues, gains and/or increases in equity or assets from peripheral or incidental transactions not otherwise specifically set forth at Section 1.10, above.
