Adjustment to the Number of Warrant Shares. . Concurrently with any adjustment to the Exercise Price under this Article III, the number of Warrant Shares also will be adjusted such that the number of Warrant Shares immediately following the effectiveness of such adjustment will be equal to the number of Warrant Shares immediately prior to such adjustment multiplied by a fraction, (a) the numerator of which is the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment and (b) the denominator of which is the Exercise Price in effect immediately following such adjustment.
