Adjustment Upon Other Distributions. If the Company, at any time or from time to time after the issuance of this Warrant, makes a distribution to the holders of Common Shares which is payable in securities of the Company other than Common Shares, then, in each such event, provision shall be made so that the Holder shall receive upon exercise of this Warrant, in addition to the number of Warrant Shares, the amount of such securities of the Company which would have been received if the portion of the Warrant so exercised had been exercised for Warrant Shares on the date of such event, subject to adjustments subsequent to the date of such event with respect to such distributed securities which shall be on terms as nearly equivalent as practicable to the adjustments provided in this Section 3 and all other adjustments under this Section 3.

If the Company, at any time or from time to time after the issuance of this Warrant, makes a distribution to the holders of Common Shares which is payable in cash, securities of the Company other than Common SharesShares or any other property, then, in each such event, provision shall be made so that the Holder shall receive upon exercise of this Warrant, in addition to the number of Warrant Shares, the amount of such cash, securities of the Company or other property which would have been received if the portion of the Warrant so exercised had been exercised for Warrant Shares on the date of such event, subject to adjustments subsequent to the date of such event with respect to any such distributed securities which shall be on terms as nearly equivalent as practicable to the adjustments provided in this Section 3 and all other adjustments under this Section 3.
