Adjustment Upon Transfer. Each Owner shall have the right to and may cause an adjustment of its Ownership Share and Common Facilities Ownership Share by transfer under Section 10.3 or 10.4, subject, however, to the receipt of (i) an amendment or supplement hereto reflecting such adjustment and (ii) appropriate releases of any encumbrance thereon and compliance with the provisions of any security agreement related thereto, as contemplated in Section 10.2.
