The Corporation will not take any action, or permit any change to occur, with respect to its securities which would adversely affect the ability of the holders of Registrable Shares to include such Registrable Shares in a registration undertaken pursuant to this Agreement or which would adversely affect the marketability of such Registrable Shares in any such registration (including, without limitation, effecting a stock split or a combination of shares).
