Common use of Adjustments for Insurance Clause in Contracts

Adjustments for Insurance. Any payment made by the Indemnifying Party to the Buyer or its Representative pursuant to this Section 6 shall be reduced by an amount equal to any insurance payments with respect to such Claim actually received by or for the benefit of the such Indemnified Party, provided that time for payment of any indemnification claim hereunder shall not be delayed by the recovery of any such insurance proceeds.
