Adjustments for Recapitalizations. In the event of a Transaction (as defined in Section 4.4 of the Plan), the Performance Stock Units shall be adjusted as set forth in Section 4.4 of the Plan and any additional securities or other consideration received pursuant to such adjustment shall be subject to the restrictions and risk of forfeiture to the same extent as the Performance Stock Units with respect to which such securities or other consideration has been distributed.
