Adjustments for Service Agreements. (a) The Purchaser must pay to the Vendor amounts paid by the Vendor under the Service Agreements for periods after the Completion Date. (b) The Vendor must pay all amounts payable by the Vendor pursuant to all Service Agreements up to and including the Completion Date.
