Adjustments for Stock or Unit Splits, Etc. Wherever in this Agreement there is a reference to a specific number of units of the Company’s capital stock of any class or series, then, upon the occurrence of any subdivision, combination or stock or unit dividend of such class or series of stock or unit, the specific number of units so referenced in this Agreement will automatically be proportionally adjusted to reflect the effect of such subdivision, combination or stock or unit dividend on the outstanding units of such class or series of stock or units.
