Common use of Adjustments Generally Clause in Contracts

Adjustments Generally. The Exercise Price, the Warrant Consideration issuable upon exercise of each Warrant and the number of Warrants outstanding are subject to adjustment from time to time upon the occurrence of any of the events enumerated in this Article 6. To the extent the context so requires, all references in this Article 6 to the Class A Shares shall be deemed, as of a particular time, to include any other securities included within the “Warrant Consideration” as of such time.
