Common use of ADJUSTMENTS IN SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT Clause in Contracts

ADJUSTMENTS IN SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. If a Subcontract Change Order requires an adjustment in the Subcontract Amount, the adjustment shall be established by one of the following methods: 7.4.1 mutual acceptance of an itemized lump sum; or 7.4.2 unit prices as indicated in the Subcontract Documents or as subsequently agreed to by the Parties; or 7.4.3 costs as determined in the Subcontract Documents or in a manner otherwise acceptable to the Parties, and a mutually acceptable fixed or percentage fee.
