Adjustments of Payments and Charges. If the amount actually payable by you to a relevant authority for any stamp duty or any other duties or fees differs from the amount (if any) as set out in the Schedule of Fees and Charges, I shall pay to you the amount of the deficiency, or you shall give credit to me for any excess, as the case may be.
