Common use of Adjustments of Sublimits Clause in Contracts

Adjustments of Sublimits. The Borrowers may from time to time so long as no Event of Default exists with respect to any Borrower, upon not less than five Business Days’ notice to the Administrative Agent in a Sublimit Adjustment Letter in substantially the form of Exhibit H (in which case the Administrative Agent shall promptly deliver a copy to each of the Lenders), change their respective Sublimits; provided that (i) the aggregate amount of the Sublimits shall equal but not exceed the Total Commitments, (ii) each Sublimit shall be an integral multiple of $5,000,000 and (iii) the Sublimit of each Borrower shall not exceed such Borrower’s Maximum Sublimit.
