Adjustments to Appreciation Cap and Closing Prices. (i) If any adjustment is made to the Exchange Rate pursuant to paragraph (a), (b), (c) or (d) this Section 403, an adjustment shall also be made to the Appreciation Cap. The required adjustment shall be made by dividing the Appreciation Cap by the relevant Dilution Adjustment.
