Adjustments to Award. This Award is subject to adjustments pursuant to Section 4b of the Plan. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Plan and any Award Document, the Award Document shall govern and the Plan shall be interpreted to minimize or eliminate any such conflict or inconsistency.
