Adjustments to Base Salary. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of EWOK or his designee shall review XXXXXXX'x salary and performance on an annual basis (commencing on or about January 1, 2000, and on or about January 1 of each succeeding year while XXXXXXX remains employed by EWOK) and may, in his discretion, make increases to the base salary based upon XXXXXXX'x performance in the preceding year.
