Common use of Adjustments to Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Adjustments to Base Salary. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of EWOK or his designee shall review XXXXX' salary and performance on an annual basis (commencing on or about January 1, 2000, and on or about January 1 of each succeeding year while XXXXX remains employed by EWOK) and may, in his discretion, make increases to the base salary based upon XXXXX' performance in the preceding year. Adjustments to the base salary, if any, shall be effective as of January 1 of the involved year.
