Adjustments to Exercise Price and Number of Securities. The Exercise Price and number of securities issuable with respect to the Unit Warrants shall be adjusted on the same terms and conditions, and at the same time, as any adjustments in the Exercise Price and number of shares issuable with respect to the Public Warrants required by the terms of the Public Warrants.
