Common use of Adjustments to Fees and Charges Clause in Contracts

Adjustments to Fees and Charges. The fees and charges payable by Company for the use of the airfield and other facilities are subject to adjustment at least annually. Adjustments to rates for fees and charges, but not the methodology of calculating them, will apply without the necessity of formal amendment of this Agreement. Upon each adjustment pursuant to this Article, a revised Exhibit B showing the adjusted rates for fees and charges will be prepared by Authority and transmitted to Company. Said revised Exhibit B will then be deemed incorporated into this Agreement without formal amendment thereto.
