Adjustments to Floor Price. (a) Until the Note has been paid in full or converted in full except as otherwise provided in this Section 3.4, the Conversion Price and Floor Price shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as follows (but shall not be increased, other than pursuant to Section 3.4(a)(i) hereof):
