Adjustments to Mortgage Interest Rates. The Servicer shall make interest rate adjustments and payment amount adjustments for each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note and will deliver to the related Mortgagor written notice of such adjustments in accordance with the terms of such Mortgage Note and the requirements of applicable law.
